IN the matter of Walter Desmon Holt Loveridge, a bankrupt, take notice that on the application of Walter Desmon Holt Loveridge, formerly of Eltham, contractor, but now of New Plymouth, salesman, and on reading the motion and affidavit in support thereof, and on hearing Mr St. L. H. Reeves of Counsel for the applicant, it was ordered that the order of adjudication dated the 8th day of March 1963 against the said Walter Desmon Holt Loveridge be annulled.
