A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule thereto is closed and shall be incorporated in Renewable Lease, Volume 193, folio 6, Southland Land Registry, held by James Macauley, of Waimahaka, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 92641, Southland Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and declare that the said road when so closed shall be incorporated in Renewable Lease, Volume 193, folio 185 Southland Land Registry, held by Ernest Gordon Vallance, of Waimahaka, farmer, being lessee under Pastoral Lease of pastoral land under the Land Act 1948, subject to memorandum of mortgage Nos. 153921 and 153922, Southland Land Registry.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18825 (S.O. 7207) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

At the Government House at Wellington this 28th day of October 1964
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place with spring for the common use or benefit of the owners.
