FLAXBOURNE RABBIT BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Flaxbourne Rabbit Board hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charge on a loan of £5,000 authorised to be raised by the Flaxbourne Rabbit Board under the above-mentioned Act for housing, the said Flaxbourne Rabbit Board hereby makes a special rate of 1·125 pence (1½d.) per acre on 100,194 acres, being the rateable property of the Flaxbourne Rabbit Board district; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and shall be payable annually on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, for a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

WAITEMATA COUNTY COUNCIL
PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A RECREATION GROUND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and amendments and the Counties Act 1956 and amendments, notice is hereby given that the Waitemata County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain work, namely, the construction and formation of a recreation ground passing through or adjoining the parcels of land referred to in the Schedule hereunder and situated north of the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway in the Waipareira Riding of the County of Waitemata and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.
And notice is hereby given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the said Council, situated in the Council Chambers, 199 Karangahape Road, Auckland, and is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands who have any objections to the proposal and wishing them to be considered must state their objections in writing and send the same, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers.

OTAMATEA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR PURPOSES OF A PUBLIC HALL
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Otamatea County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of a public hall as provided in section 319 of the Counties Act 1956; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the said Council situate at Paparoa and is there open for public inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the proposed taking of the said land who have any well grounded objections to the taking of the said land must set forth the same in writing and send such writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Otamatea County Council at Paparoa. The date of the first publication of this notice is the 6th day of February 1964.

All that piece of land situate at Ararua containing 1 acre, more or less, being part of the eastern portion of Allotment 186, Parish of Matakohe, and being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 756, folio 249 (limited as to parcels and title), Auckland Registry.

HAVELOCK NORTH BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928 notice is hereby given that the Havelock North Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a public road or street within the Borough of Havelock North, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule here-to are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council situated in Middle Road, Havelock North, and is open for inspection without fee, for all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same, within forty (40) days from the 13th day of February 1964, being the date of the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at the Havelock North Borough Council Chambers, Middle Road, Havelock North.

Notice is hereby given that the Wallace County Council proposes, in pursuance of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land in the Schedule hereto for roading purposes; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Wallace County Council, Otautau, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the taking of the said land who have any objections thereto must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Clerk of the Wallace County Council at the Council's offices, Otautau.
