the said Henderson Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal three eight pence (0·38d.) in the pound on the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Henderson; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of thirty (30) years; or until the loan is fully paid off; and that such special rate is hereby permanently appropriated and pledged as security for the purpose of securing the said loan of £32,800 and interest thereon at the rate of 3½ per cent per annum.”

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and amendments, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and amendment, and regulations thereunder, and of all other powers thereunto enabling it, the Auckland City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“'That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £147,400 to be known as the Redemption Loan No. 11, 1964, £147,400, which amount is proposed to be raised by the Auckland City Council under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Hunua Development Loan 1954 which matures on 1 May 1964, and the cost of raising the loan, the said Auckland City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of nine forty-fourths of one penny (⅜ of 1d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property of Auckland City comprising the whole of the City of Auckland; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the said loan or until the loan is fully paid off.”

THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and amendments, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and amendment, and regulations thereunder, and of all other powers thereunto enabling it, the Auckland City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“'That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £342,000 to be known as the Administration Building Additional Loan 1961, £342,000, which amount is proposed to be raised by the Auckland City Council under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of meeting part of the cost of erecting a city administration building and the cost of raising the loan, the said Auckland City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of eleven twenty-fourths of one penny (¹³⁄₂₄ of 1d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property of Auckland City comprising the whole of the City of Auckland; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the said loan or until the loan is fully paid off.”

the said Auckland City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-twelfth of one penny (¹⁄₁₂ of 1d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property of Auckland City comprising the whole of the City of Auckland; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the said loan or until the loan is fully paid off.”

OMARAMA RABBIT BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Housing Loan 1963
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Omarama Rabbit Board hereby resolves as follows:
“'That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £4,500 authorised to be raised from the Local Authorities Loans Board under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing housing accommodation for the Board employees, the Omarama Rabbit Board hereby makes a special rate of 0·4476 pence per acre on all the rateable property of the Omarama Rabbit District as appearing in the acreage roll of the said district for the time being in force; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until such time as the loan is fully repaid.”

PATEA BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Patea Borough Council resolves as follows:
“'That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £7,000 authorised to be raised by the Patea Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for erecting pensioners’ flats to be situated in Meredith Street, Patea, the said Patea Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·8455d. in the pound upon the unimproved value of all rateable property of the Borough of Patea comprising the whole of the Borough of Patea; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 15th day of August in each year and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Wellington City Renewal Loan 1964 of £548,700
THE following resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Wellington City Council held on the 3rd day of February 1964:
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“'That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of five hundred and forty-eight thousand seven hundred pounds (£548,700) to be known as the Wellington City Renewal Loan 1964 of £548,700 authorised to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity those portions of various loans which mature during the period 1 May 1964 to 1 March 1965, inclusive, the Wellington City Council hereby makes a special rate of three hundred and three one-thousandths of a penny (0·303d.) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the whole of the City of Wellington; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of fifteen (15) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
