PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to K. 61488 certifying the existence of a line of pipes for sewage and a line of pipes for stormwater and subject to K. 67064 certifying the existence of a line of pipes for sewage, for State housing purposes from and after the 17th day of February 1964.
