Consent to Erection of Flashing Red Traffic Control Lights by the Papatoetoe Borough Council

PURSUANT to subclause 5 of regulation 18 of the Traffic Regulations 1956,* the Minister of Transport hereby consents to the erection of flashing red lights by the Papatoetoe Borough Council at the two places described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of traffic control in terms of subclause 4 of the said regulation 18.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Papatoetoe Borough on the No. 20 State Highway (Onehunga-Redoubt road) at the two points adjacent to the Papatoetoe Fire Station, more particularly indicated on plan TT. 1440 deposited in the office of the Transport Department at Wellington.
