WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Section 6 (Rural) District Scheme Approved
Pursuant to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the Rural Section (Section 6) of the Waipa County District Scheme was approved by the council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 19th day of October 1964, after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed, and all amendments of the district scheme required by the board had been incorporated. The council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 2nd day of November 1964.
Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the council's office, Bank Street, Te Awamutu, and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when the office is open to the public.

NELSON CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Departure From Operative Scheme
Public notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, and its amendments and of the regulations made thereunder, that the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, by order dated 3 September 1964, gave consent to a departure from the Operative District Scheme of the City of Nelson to the extent indicated hereunder:
By permitting Messrs Griffin and Sons Ltd., to erect a building or buildings up to the northern boundary of their land at Alton Street, Nelson, being part of Section 424, of the City of Nelson, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 7, folio 255, Nelson Registry, which land is at present zoned as Commercial "C" in the Operative District Scheme.

Map Amendment No. 47—Onerahi Airport Height Controls
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Whangarei City Council passed on the 7th day of October 1964, the date for the lodging of objections to Whangarei City District Planning Scheme Map Amendment No. 47, governing height restrictions in the vicinity of the Whangarei Airport, was extended to the 7th day of October 1964.

THE CHARITABLE TRUSTS ACT 1957
Notice of Application for Approval of Scheme
In the Supreme Court of New Zealand
Northern District
(Auckland Registry)
In the matter of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and in the matter of a certain charitable trust declared by the will of Charles Bagley, deceased, notice is hereby given that the Public Trustee, the executor and trustee of the will of the above-named Charles Bagley deceased, has referred to the Supreme Court, at Auckland, for approval, a scheme for the disposition of capital assets and income now held by the Public Trustee on the trusts set out in the said will. Under the scheme the purpose for which the said capital assets and income would be held and applied will be the provision and erection of two two-storey blocks of dwelling units for elderly persons.
A motion for approval of the said scheme will be heard at the Supreme Court, at Auckland, on Monday the 14th day of December 1964, at 10 a.m. A copy of the scheme may be inspected at the Supreme Court Office, at Auckland, or at the office of the District Public Trustee, Auckland, 147 Albert Street, Auckland.
Any person desiring to oppose the said scheme must give written notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar of the Supreme Court, at Auckland, to the Public Trustee, and to the Attorney General, not less than seven (7) days before the said date of hearing.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the day preceding publication.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription £3 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 50s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
