NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby
given under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, that
the Whangarei Harbour Board proposes under the provisions
of the said Act to take the land described in the Schedule
hereto for harbour works, namely, for a catchment area, notice
is hereby further given that all persons affected by the taking
of such land who have any well grounded objections to the
taking of the said land must set forth their objections in
writing and send the same within 40 days from the first
publication of this notice to the Secretary, Whangarei Harbour
Board, Quay Street, Whangarei.

RANGITIKEI COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby
given that the Rangitikei County Council proposes under
the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain
public work, namely, the widening of Holland Crescent,
Bulls, in the Rangitikei County, and for the purposes of such
public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are
required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that
a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in
the public office of the County Clerk to the said Council,
situated in High Street, Marton, and is open for inspection,
without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of such lands who have any well
grounded objections to the execution of the said public work
or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections
in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first
publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the Council
Chambers, High Street, Marton.

MATAMATA COUNTY COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Departure from Operative District Scheme

Public notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of
the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and its amendments
and of the regulations made thereunder, that the Town and
Country Planning Appeal Board, by order dated the 18th
day of September 1964, has consented to a specified departure
from the provisions of the Matamata County Council Operative District Scheme, by permitting Firth Concrete Industries
Ltd. the use of all that piece of land containing 10 acres, more
or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 58783, part Tokoroa No. 1 Block,
part certificate of title 28/559, Block XII, Patetere Sth. S.D.,
in order to establish and operate a central concrete batching
plant and concrete products factory, notwithstanding that
the land is at present zoned rural and shall remain so zoned,
the following conditions to apply:

1. That provision for road widening of the Awanui-Bluff State Highway No. 1, (Tirau-Wairakei section) of 25
   links be made.
2. That a segregation strip, with one opening only, be
   provided.
3. That an internal service road be provided.
4. That a building line set back of 100 ft be provided from
   the existing State highway boundary.
