All certificate of title, Volume 756; folio 249, North Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels and title).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of September 1964.

Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road In Block III, Kaitawa Survey District, Horowhenua County

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road and that the land described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Horowhenua as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of October 1964.
