NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Companies Act 1920 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 notice is hereby given that the Franklin County Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely the provision of a road within the County of Franklin, viz: the deviation of Shepherds Hill, Puni, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.

All persons affected by and who have well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of such lands, must state their objections in writing and send the same with 40 days from the 9th day of October 1964, being the day of the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the county office, Roulston Street, Pukekohe.

MOUNT ROSKILL BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Public Notification of Proposed Changes

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Mount Roskill Borough Council made on the 6th day of October 1964, changes to the district scheme have been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The changes are listed in the Schedule hereto.

These changes have been deposited in the office of the Mount Roskill Borough Council, Three Kings, Mount Roskill, and are there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above place is open to the public.

Objections to the proposed changes or any part thereof shall be in writing in form E, prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the council at any time not later than 30 November 1964. (A suitable form for the use of objectors is available from the council offices.) At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

Changes to the City of Whangarei District Scheme Approved

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the City of Whangarei, were approved by the council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 7th day of October 1964.

The council has also resolved that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme shall come into operation on the 19th day of October 1964. Copies of the scheme changes as approved have been deposited in the council's office and in the public library and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Change of Operative District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Hikurangi Town Council made on the 6th day of October 1964, the Council has recommended that the Operative District Scheme be changed in respect of:

Map Amendment No. 2: Rezoning from Rural to Residential A.
Map Amendment No. 3: Rezoning from Industrial A to Industrial B.
Code Amendment No. 1: Complete.

The above changes of the district scheme as now recommended by the council have been deposited in the council's office and are there open for inspection by all persons interested therein, at any time when the above place is open to the public.

Objection to the proposed changes of the district scheme may be by way of written notice in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect marked "objection to Scheme Change" and lodged at the office of the council at any time not later than Friday the 1st day of December 1964.

At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objectors if he notifies the council in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.
