Details of the proposed change together with relative plans
have been deposited in the Taupo County Council Office and
at the Turangi and Tokaanu Post Offices in accordance with
section 22 (1) of that Act, and are there open for inspection,
without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when
the above places are open to the public.

Objections to the change or to any part thereof shall be
in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the
Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be
lodged at the office of the council at any time not later
than 17 November 1964. At a later date every objection will
be open to public inspection and any person who wishes to
support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard
at the hearing of objections if he notifies the County Clerk
in writing within the period of which public notice will
be given.

WAIRARAPA SOUTH COUNTY COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Public Notification of Amendments Nos. 1 and 2 of the
Wairarapa South County District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of
the council made on the 16th day of July 1964, Amendment
No. 1 and Amendment No. 2 to the Wairarapa South County
District Scheme has been recommended for approval under
the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The amendments
relate to an increase in the area of the Industrial D zone
at Waingawa to include Section 2A, D.P. 831, Section 1, D.P.
3289, Section 1 and 2, D.P. 10677, Section 2, D.P. 5550,
Section 2, D.P. 3289, being part Section 202, Taratahi Plain
Block, Block IV, Tiffin S.D., and to the inclusion in the
Code of Ordinances of bulk and location requirements in
Industrial D zones. The amendments have been deposited in
the council offices and are there open for inspection, with-
out fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when
the office is open to the public.

Objections to the amendments shall be in writing on form
E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country
Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office
of the council at any time not later than 27 November 1964.
At a later date every objection will be open for public
inspection, and any person who wishes to oppose or support
any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of
objections if he notifies the County Clerk in writing within
a period of which public notice will be given.

THE CHARITABLE TRUSTS ACT 1957

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF SCHEME

IN the matter of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and in the
matter of the trusts contained in Deed of Conveyance dated
16 July 1870, affecting the Church Property Trustees, notice
is hereby given pursuant to section 36 of the Charitable
Trusts Act 1957, that the Church Property Trustees has
applied to the Supreme Court at Christchurch for approval
of a scheme for disposition of certain trust fund amounting
to approximately £530. The said scheme provides that after
payment of the costs of the proceedings the balance with any
accrued interest thereon be applied by the Church Property
Trustees in and towards alterations to the parish hall of the
Anglican parish of Rangiora. A copy of the said scheme has
been deposited in and may be inspected at the Registry
Office of the Supreme Court at Christchurch. It is proposed
that the application for approval be heard at Christchurch
on Monday the 9th day of November 1964, at 10 a.m.

Any person desiring to oppose the said scheme is required
to give written notice of his intention to do so to the
Registrar of the said Court, and to the Church Property
Trustees, and to the Attorney-General, not less than seven
clear days before the date proposed for hearing of the
application.

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing)
subscription £3 per calendar year in advance.

(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
50s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and
1939–42 are out of print.)

(3) Separate regulations as issued.
