BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of October 1964.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 22·8 perches situated in Block XXVI, Tokomairiro Survey District, Otago R.D., being part Section 205; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18323 (S.O. 13334) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of September 1964.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Manurewa, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Block VII, Otahuhu Survey District, Manukau County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and I also hereby proclaim that the closed road firstly described in the Second Schedule and the land firstly described in the Third Schedule shall vest in A. M. Neale Ltd., at Otahuhu, subject to mortgage number 499446 and that the closed road secondly described in the Second Schedule and the land secondly described in the Third Schedule shall vest in John Langford, of Papatoetoe, milk vendor, and Mary Patricia Langford, his wife, subject to mortgages numbers 528706 and 555225.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Otahuhu Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that the road described in the Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Charles Alexander Grant, of Croydon, farmer.
