Declaring Land to be Crown Land
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated and described as follows:

752 0 0 Otangaroa 1b 6, situate in Blocks IV and VIII, Maungataniwha Survey District, as delineated on plan marked L. and S. 36/2335, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
202 3 14 Kaingapipiawai 1h, situate in Block V, Kaeo Survey District (M.L. Plan 9141).

Declaring Land in the Westland Land District Vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a Site for a Public School to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board, as a site for a public school shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
RESERVE 247, situated in Block XV, Arnold Survey District: Area, 1 acre, 2 roods, 11 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 29, folio 72 (S.O. plan 3560).

State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Land Taken for Municipal Buildings in the City of Auckland
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for municipal buildings and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of October 1964.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 4·5 perches situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 47, Section 28, Town of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 750, folio 19, North Auckland Land Registry.
