Notice to Creditors to Prove
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and of The Timber Export Corporation (N.Z.) Ltd. (in liquidation), the liquidator of The Timber Export Corporation (N.Z.) Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 20th day of October 1964, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

Notice Calling Final Meeting
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Billiards Enterprises Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the offices of J. G. O'Sullivan, Public Accountant, Prudential Building, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on the 15th day of October 1964, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Kainui Holdings Ltd., notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 22nd day of September 1964, presented to the said Court by Raymond Gibson of Waipu, in New Zealand, Solicitor; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 30th day of October 1964, at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
Notice is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between Rothery Bruce Forsyth, of Kerikeri, company director, and Gwenda Isabella Forsyth, of Wellington, married woman, carrying on business as farmers and orchardists under the name of R. B. and G. I. Forsyth, at Bulls Road, Kerikeri, has been dissolved as from the 1st day of April 1963.

RANGITIKEI CATCHMENT BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pakihi Valley Flood Control Scheme Loan 1964
In pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, and all other powers and authorities it enabling, the Rangitikei Catchment Board hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £1,164 being the Pakihi Valley Flood Control Scheme Loan 1964, £1,164 authorised to be raised by the Rangitikei Catchment Board for the carrying out of the Pakihi Valley Flood Control Scheme to make and levy a special rate of an annual amount of £289 17s. Od. per annum as agreed upon on the rateable property of the Pakihi Valley Flood Control Scheme area in accordance with the consent given under section 43 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable in one sum yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 5 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

MARTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
"That, in pursuance and exercise of the power vested in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1954 and its amendments, the Marton Borough Council resolves that for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a renewal loan of £65,000 described as the Water Supply Improvement Renewal Loan 1964, authorised to be raised by the Marton Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of meeting debentures falling due in the Water Supply Improvement Loan £165,000, £85,000 portion, the said Marton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 2·131d. in the pound (£) upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the whole of the Borough of Marton; that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable in yearly instalments on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being for a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

HAMILTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Streets and Water Renewal Loan 1964, £40,200
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of forty thousand two hundred (£40,200) authorised to be raised by the Hamilton City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity those portions of the Streets Loan 1951, £198,400, and the Waterworks Loan 1951, £34,000, which mature on 7 February 1965 and 1 November 1964 respectively, the said Hamilton City Council hereby makes a special rate of six hundred and eighty-four ten-thousandths of a penny (0·0684d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the City of Hamilton; and that the special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April of each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of ten (10) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Hamilton City Council held on the 9th day of September 1964.
