Pilot Officer James Jopp Feehly (211538) to be Flying Officer, with effect from 20 September 1964.

Cancellation of Commission

The commission of Acting Pilot Officer Francis Edward Kearney (81408) is cancelled, with effect from 23 September 1964.

Flying Officer John Lockhart Mills, M.E. (822907) to be Flight Lieutenant with seniority from 1 January 1963, with effect from 1 March 1963.
