A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Waikaka Survey District, Southland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P.
0 0 12·7 Part Sections 21 and 22; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 0·9 Part Lot 1, D.P. 5117, being part Section 18,
Crichton Park Settlement; coloured orange on
plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18784 (S.O. 7281) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of September 1964.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 26·2 perches situated in Block X, Hukerenui Survey District, Whangarei County, North Auckland R.D., and being part Section 53; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18765 (S.O. 44426) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of road containing 2 roods 12·5 perches situated in Block X, Hukerenui Survey District, Whangarei County, North Auckland R.D., adjoining Section 53; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18765 (S.O. 44426) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 23rd day of September 1964
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground or urupa for the common use of Ngati Hokopu hapu and its members.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 439 (5) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council made on 16 May 1962 and published in Gazette, 24 May 1962, Volume I, page 796, and affecting the Maori freehold land set out in the Schedule hereto.
