Notice Respecting Proposed Alteration of Boundaries of the
County of Hawera and the Town District of Normanby

It is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to
His Excellency the Governor-General, pursuant to section
12 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, praying that the
area described in the Schedule hereo be excluded from the
District of Normanby and included in the County of Hawera.
All persons affected who object to the proposed alteration
of boundaries are hereby called upon to lodge any objections
to, or petitions against, the proposed alteration with the
Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington, within one month
from the date of publication of this notice.
