Road Closed in Block IV, Mangonui Survey District, and Added to Land Now Held for a Public Pleasure Ground

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land now held for a public pleasure ground described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block IV, Mangonui Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P.
Adjoining or passing through
0 1 33 Road adjoining Allotment 2 of Section 1, Village of Taipa.
1 1 2 Allotments 1, 2, and 3, of Section 1, Village of Taipa.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8594 (S.O. 43951) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 5 perches situated in Block IV, Mangonui Survey District, Auckland, R.D., being Allotment 1, Section 1, Village of Taipa, and being all the land in Proclamation No. 16669, North Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of January 1964.

ALL that piece of road containing 20 acres 2 roods situated in Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, Otago R.D., adjoining or passing through Sections 10 to 13 inclusive, 1 of 14, 2 of 14, 15 to 17 inclusive, 19, 20, 24 to 29 inclusive, 1 of 30, 2 of 30, 2 of 31, 1 of 32, 2 of 32, 33, 51, and Lot 1, D.P. 4147, being part Section 17 and part closed road, being Crown land, Block IV, and Lot 2, D.P. 6611, being part Sections 17 and 19, Block IV, and Section 1, Block XIV;
