PURSUANT to section 131 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the memorandum of acceptance K. 33360, North Auckland Land Registry, by cancelling the condition as to the building line imposed by the said memorandum of acceptance.

Declaring a Reserve as a Commonage to be Subject to the Provisions of the Land Act 1948
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
PURSUANT to section 169 of the Land Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, being a reserve vested in the Town of Havelock Commonage Trustees as a commonage for the use of the inhabitants of the township of Waitahuna, to be subject to the provisions of the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
Section 4, Block XI, Table Hill Survey District, and Section 45 and part Sections 9 and 44, Block X, Waitahuna East Survey District: Area, 2.865 acres and 5.7 perches, more or less (S.O. Plans 13024 and 13551).
