A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 0·3 perches, situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Papatoetoe, North Auckland R.D., and being that part Allotment 18, Parish of Manurewa, shown on D.P. 17491 coloured pink and marked Road Reserve. Part certificate of title, Volume 359, folio 40, North Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of August 1964.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Theodor Fredrik Nielsen, of Whenuapai, retired, and Flora Marion Nielsen, his wife.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18758 (S.O. 44101) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that the road described in the Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Bay of Islands Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd., a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1955, and having its registered office at Moerewa.

ALL that piece of land containing 27·8 perches situated in Block VI, Kaeo Survey District, North Auckland R.D., adjoining the land on D.P. 26220; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18753 (S.O. 44113) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

to be a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Art Gallery and Dominion Museum for a term of three years on and from 1 September 1964.
