BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT ALL that piece of road containing 4 acres 2 roods 20 perches situated in Block XIII, Tekapo Survey District, Canterbury R.D., adjoining or passing through Sections 1A, 1D, 1E, 2 and part Section 1, Block II, Tekapo Village, part Reserve 180 and closed road; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18740 (S.O. 10291) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 10th day of November 1958, to be road.
SCHEDULE SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL those pieces of land situated in block VI, Pakaumanu Survey District, Waitomo County described as follows:

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 26th day of May 1938, and published in Gazette, 2 June 1938, No. 39, page 1284, and registered as Proclamation S. 9650 defining the middle line of a road in Blocks III, VI, and VII, Rototiti Survey District and Block XV, Makatu Survey District, viz, deviations of the Te Ngae Paengaroa Main Highway, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 8 perches situated in Block VI, Rototiti Survey District, being Lot 6, D.P. S. 553. All certificate of title, Volume 1204, folio 197, South Auckland Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of August 1964.

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 9th day of September 1964 Present: His Excellency the Governor-General in Council PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes, as from the 31st day of August 1964, the Order in Council of the 12th day of December 1956, vesting in trustees the management of the boatslip at Moeraki and prescribing dues and rates to be charged for the use of the boatslip.

Exempting Certain Maori Land From Payment of Rates
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 9th day of September 1964
Present: His Excellency the Governor-General in Council PURSUANT to section 104 of the Rating Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby exempts the Maori freehold lands named in the Schedule hereto from payment of all rates made or levied by any local authority under the provisions of the Rating Act 1925.
SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL those pieces of land situated in the Hokianga County, and described as follows:
