Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—CANTERBURY CONSERVANCY
PARTS Reserve 2176 (formerly closed road), situated in Blocks VI and VII, Opihi Survey District, Geraldine County: Area, 3 acres and 8·1 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 160/16 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 10012.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of August 1964.

Declaring Land Held for a Local Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 25 perches situated in Block XII, Grey Survey District, Westland R.D., being closed street adjoining Karoro Lake. Part of the land in Proclamation No. 554, Westland Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked M.O.W. 18658 (S.O. 4320) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured burnt sienna.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of August 1964.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block I, Sandy Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

4 3 3·9 Part Section CXCIII, Rangitikei District; coloured blue on plan.
4 1 10·1 Part Section A, Rangitikei District; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 23·9 Part Section 1, Rangitikei District; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18718 (S.O. 25806) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Robert Edward Nelson as to one-half share, Robert Martin Nelson as to one-quarter share, and Jonathan James Nelson as to one-quarter share, all of Shaftesbury, farmers, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 224128 and, as to the shares of the said Robert Martin Nelson and Jonathan James Nelson to memorandum of mortgage S. 224129 and S. 224130, South Auckland Land Registry.
