Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 268 (b) of the Companies Act 1955, that on the 23rd day of July 1964, the following special resolution was passed:
- That the company be wound up voluntarily.
- That Stuart Francis McInnes, of Dunedin, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.

PAPAKURA BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Papakura Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £5,200 authorised to be raised by the Papakura Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Business Area Drainage Renewal Loan 1954, which matures on 1 September 1964, the said Papakura Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of point nought three eight seven pence in the pound (0·0387d. in the £) upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Papakura; and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
Dated at Papakura this 12th day of August 1964.

KAIAPOI BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Kaiapoi Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of securing the interest and other charges on a loan of twenty-two thousand pounds (£22,000) authorised to be raised by the Kaiapoi Borough Council under the provisions of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the purpose of repaying portion of the debentures maturing in the Sewerage Loan 1952, the said Kaiapoi Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal seven three four pence (0·734d.) in the pound (£) on the unimproved rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Kaiapoi; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable half-yearly in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twelve (12) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above resolution was passed at a properly constituted meeting of the Kaiapoi Borough Council, held on Monday the 20th day of July 1964.

AWATERE COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Machinery Loan 1964
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Awatere County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a loan of fifteen thousand pounds, authorised to be raised under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing machinery and plant, the said Awatere County Council hereby makes a special rate of three tenths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property comprising the whole of the County of Awatere; and that the special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of September and the 1st day of March in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of eight years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
It is hereby certified that the above is a true extract from the minutes of the meeting of the Awatere County Council held on the 13th day of August 1964.

NORTH AUCKLAND ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the North Auckland Electric Power Board held on the 13th day of August 1964, the following resolution was passed. Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the North Auckland Electric Power Board hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of one hundred and fifty thousand pounds (£150,000) authorised to be raised by the North Auckland Electric Power Board under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of supplying and distributing electrical energy for the benefit of the North Auckland Electric Power District, the said North Auckland Electric Power Board hereby makes a special rate of decimal three nought seven pence (0·307d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the North Auckland Electric Power District; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

HOBSON COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hobson County Council hereby resolves:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £30,000 authorised to be raised by the Hobson County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of erecting and furnishing a new office building and Council Chambers, the said Hobson County Council hereby makes a special rate of three tenths of a penny (³⁄₁₀d.) in the pound (£) upon the unimproved value of all rateable property in the County of Hobson; and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the said loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 35 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The foregoing resolution was passed at a meeting of the Hobson County Council held on the 12th day of August 1964.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Wellington City Te Aro Flat—Redevelopment Renewal Loan 1964, of £39,000
THE following resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Wellington City Council, held on the 12th day of August 1964. Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of thirty-nine thousand pounds (£39,000) to be known as the Wellington City Te Aro Flat Redevelopment Renewal Loan 1964, of £39,000 authorised to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Te Aro Flat Redevelopment Loan 1952, which matures on the 1st day of November 1964, the Wellington City Council hereby makes a special rate of eighteen one-thousandths of a penny (0·018d.) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the whole of the City of Wellington; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

“That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and its amendments, the Marton Borough Council hereby resolves for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £3,600, described as the Storm-water Drainage Loan 1964, authorised to be raised by the Marton Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of meeting it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and the cost of storm-water drainage from the boundary of the proposed subdivision in Tutaenui Road to the Tutaenui Stream,
