Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets
apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto
as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a meeting place
and sports and recreation ground for the common use and
benefit of all members of the Ngati Tapu sub-tribe and of
all residents in and around the locality of the reservation.

Amending Order in Council Vesting Control of Wharves in Rodney County Council

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council of 17 August 1955, published in the Gazette of 25 August 1955, page 1332, vesting control of wharves in Rodney County Council, by:
(a) Omitting the words “Upper Matakana and Warkworth Wharves” and substituting the words “and Upper Matakana Wharves”; and
(b) by omitting from the Second Schedule the words “and Warkworth Wharves” and substituting the word “Wharf”.

Adding Land to the Urewera National Park

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the lands described in the First and Second Schedules hereto shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of the Urewera National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with, by the Urewera National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 5, Block XI, Ahikereru Survey District: Area, 16 acres and 30 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 23988).

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Wildlife Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order. - (1) This order may be cited as the Rotorua Acclimatisation District Order 1964.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. - The boundaries of the Rotorua Acclimatisation District which was constituted by Order in Council on the 21st day of September 1960 are hereby altered and redefined and as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
