MORRINSVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928 and their respective amendments, notice is hereby given that the Morrinsville Borough Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a public street within the Borough of Morrinsville, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situated in Canada Street, Morrinsville, and is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing, and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, being the 7th day of August 1964, to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Canada Street, Morrinsville.

Public Notification of Proposed Changes to District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Mount Roskill Borough Council made on the 4th day of August 1964, changes to the district scheme have been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, the changes are listed in the Schedule hereto. These changes have been deposited in the office of the Mount Roskill Borough Council, Three Kings, Mount Roskill, and are there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above place is open to the public.
Objections to the proposed changes or any part thereof shall be in writing in Form E, prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the council at any time not later than 5 October 1964. (A suitable form for the use of objectors is available from the council offices.)
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

Changes to the City of Whangarei District Scheme Approved
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme, under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the City of Whangarei were approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 5th day of August 1964.
The Council has also resolved that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme shall come into operation on the 17th day of August 1964.
Copies of the scheme changes as approved have been deposited in the Council's office and in the public library, and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.
