Notice Calling Final Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at 79 Manners Street, Wellington, on Friday the 28th day of August 1964, at noon, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator. Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand
(Christchurch Registry)

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of T. B. Hampton and Coy. Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch, notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 16th day of July 1962, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company to £7,500 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 6th day of August 1964. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

“The capital of T. B. Hampton and Coy. Ltd. is henceforth seven thousand five hundred pounds (£7,500) divided into 7,500 ordinary shares of one pound (£1) each fully paid, having been reduced from twelve thousand five hundred pounds (£12,500) ordinary shares of one pound (£1) each fully paid.”
