TARANAKI COUNTY COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Change of County of Taranaki District Scheme (Combined Area Section)

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the council made on the 14th day of July 1964, the council has recommended that its Operative District Scheme (Combined Area Section) be changed in respect of the matters listed in the Schedule hereto. The changes of the district scheme, as now recommended by the Council, have been deposited at the Taranaki County Council Office, Robe Street, New Plymouth, the District Land Registrar’s Office, Powderham Street, New Plymouth, and the New Plymouth Public Library, Brougham Street, New Plymouth, for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the above places are open to the public.

Objection to the proposed changes of the district scheme may be made by way of written notice in Form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect marked “Objections to Scheme Change” and lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 30th day of September 1964. An appropriate form for use by objectors is available from the council offices.

At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the council in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.

NEW ORDINANCE—CONTROL OF ADVERTISING

INCLUSION as Ordinance 24 in the Code of Ordinances of provisions and conditions relating to control of advertising.

PETONE BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Petone District Scheme—Application for Conditional Use

NOTICE is hereby given that Cotton Buildings Ltd. intends to apply to the Petone Borough Council for approval to the use of part Lots 46 and 47, and Lot 45, Deposited Plan 321, at the corner of Victoria and Jackson Streets, Petone, for light industrial purposes. This would constitute a conditional use under Ordinance II, Clause 4 (2) (e), of the Code of Ordinances.

A plan showing the proposal may be examined at the offices of the Petone Borough Council, Jackson Street, Petone, and any person wishing to lodge an objection should do so in writing to the Council by the 24th day of August 1964, and also indicate whether or not he wishes to be heard in support of his objection.

DUNEDIN METROPOLITAN REGIONAL PLANNING AUTHORITY

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Dunedin Metropolitan Regional Planning Scheme Amendment No. 6, 1964

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the Dunedin Metropolitan Regional Planning Scheme, Amendment No. 6, 1964, has been approved in accordance with the provisions of section 10 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and amendments, and shall become operative on 6 August 1964.

The amendment alters the zoning of 264 acres of land, more or less, in the County of Taieri from “Aerodrome Purposes” to “Urban Land Use” as shown on Map Reg. 8/B.

Copies of Map Reg. 8/B have been deposited in the offices of the Dunedin Metropolitan Regional Planning Authority, the Dunedin City Council, the Boroughs of St. Kilda, Green Island, Port Chalmers, Mosgiel, the Counties of Taieri, Peninsula, Waikouaiti, and at the Dunedin Public Library, and may be inspected, without fee, at any time when these places are open to the public.

KAIRANGA COUNTY COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Kairanga County Council will be determining an application received from K. H. Small (Tara Engineering) for the conditional use in a rural zone of land situated at Aokautere, and described as part Lot 2, D.P. 1033, being part Section 226, and closed road, Fitzherbert Township, Block XI, Kairanga S.D., for the purpose of a machinery workshop.

Every person who claims to be affected by the proposed use shall have right to be heard by the council in person or by counsel, and to call evidence in support of his contentions, if he advises the council to that effect in writing, not later than 17 August 1964.

ADMINISTRATION ACT 1952

IN the matter of the Administration Act 1952 and its amendments and in the matter of the estate of Albert Alexander Archer, late of Sanson, retired builder, but now deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of New Zealand on the 24th day of July 1964, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court at Palmerston North, electing to administer the above-mentioned estate under Part IV of the Administration Act 1952, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realised, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.

I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the Public Trust Office, on the 6th day of August 1964, at 11 a.m.

All creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts within the time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act 1908. Proof of debt forms may be procured at my office.
