(in liquidation), notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Gainsboro Shoe Salon Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 14th day of August 1964, as the day on which or before the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to present, under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Sewerage Loan 1955, Redemption Loan No. 2 1964, £12,200
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Manurewa Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £12,200 authorised to be raised by Manurewa Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, and for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Sewerage Loan 1955, £208,000 which matures on 1 September 1964, the said Manurewa Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of nought decimal nought five eight five pence (0·0585d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Manurewa comprising the whole of the Borough of Manurewa; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of this loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Egmont County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £35,000 authorised to be raised by the Egmont County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of making advances to farmers under the Rural Housing Act 1939, the said County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal two six seven six pence in the pound on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property
