Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Block V, Waitapu Survey District, Golden Bay County
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed; and I also proclaim and declare that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken pursuant to subsection (6) of the said section 29.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block V, Waitapu Survey District, Nelson R.D., described as follows:

2 2 1·3 Part of part 2 of Section 59, District of Takaka; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 35·7 Part of part 2 of Section 59, District of Takaka; coloured blue on plan.
1 2 1 Part Section 19; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 9·9 Part of part 1 of Section 59, District of Takaka; coloured purple on plan.
0 2 2 Part of part 1 of Section 58, District of Takaka; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 38·7} Parts of part 1 of Section 58, District of Takaka;
2 1 20 } coloured blue on plan.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18529 (S.O. 10348) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 10·9 perches District, Nelson R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through

0 0 36·8 Part of part 1 of Section 58, District of Takaka.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18529 (S.O. 10348) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
THIRD SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 10·9 perches situated in Block V, Waitapu Survey District, Nelson R.D., being part of part 1 of Section 58, District of Takaka; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18529 (S.O. 10348) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of June 1964.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 2 roods 13·5 perches situated in Block II, Opunake Survey District, Taranaki R.D., adjoining or passing through Section 26, Block II, Opunake Survey District, and Lot 4, D.P. 1605, being part Waiotama 9E Block, Block XIII, Cape Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18477 (S.O.9580) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of July 1964.

Authorising the Manukau County Council to Reclaim Land at Sunkist Bay

At the Government House at Wellington this 15th day of July 1964

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Manukau County Council to reclaim from the bed of the sea at Sunkist Bay an area of 3 roods 34 perches, more or less, as coloured yellow on plan marked M.D. 11819 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

PURSUANT to sections 175 and 264 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Manukau County Council to reclaim from the sea at Tamaki River an area of 1 acre 3 roods 8 perches, more or less, as shown coloured yellow on plan marked M.D. 11829 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

At the Government House at Wellington this 22nd day of July 1964

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in the Manukau County Council on and from the 1st day of August 1964 the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that land at Pakuranga, Tamaki River, comprising 2 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less, as shown coloured yellow and pink on plan marked M.D. 11829 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.
