Notice of Meeting of Creditors in a Creditors' Voluntary Winding Up
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Griffiths and Gibson (Plumbers) Ltd., notice is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 20th day of July 1964, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at Chamber of Commerce Council Room, Courthouse Lane, Auckland C. 1, on Thursday the 30th day of July 1964, at 2.15 p.m.
Business:
Consideration of a statement of the position of the company's affairs and list of creditors, etc.
Nomination of liquidator.
Appointment of committee of inspection if thought fit.

Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of B. Mattison Electrician Ltd., notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held on the 10th day of July 1964, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the Company:
"That, the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily."

WAIKARI LIME CO. LTD.
REDUCTION OF CAPITAL
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of the Waikari Lime Co. Ltd., notice is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 10th day of July 1964, confirming the reduction of the share capital of the above-named company from £15,000 to £12,250 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 17th day of July 1964. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
"The capital of the Waikari Lime Co. Ltd., as altered by an order of the Supreme Court, dated the 10th day of July 1964, confirming the reduction of the capital of the company and by special resolution passed by the company on the 2nd day of April 1964 cancelling certain unissued share capital, is now £12,250 divided into 14,000 ordinary shares of 17s. 6d., each having been reduced from £15,000 divided into 13,250 shares of £1 each (paid up to 17s. 6d. per share), 750 ordinary shares of £1 each (fully paid), and 1,000 unissued shares of £1 each. At the date of registration of this minute all the said 14,000 ordinary shares of 17s. 6d. each have been issued and are deemed to be fully paid up."
