the matter of the Lower Hutt Rowing Club Incorporated
(dissolved under section 28 of the said Act on 4 August
1954), notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers
vested in me under section 27 of the Incorporated Societies
Act 1908, I have directed that upon the expiration of one
month from the date hereof the surplus funds of the said
Lower Hutt Rowing Club Incorporated be distributed as to
one half thereof to the Petone Rowing Club Incorporated
and as to the other half thereof to the Hutt Valley Rowing
Club Incorporated.
