REDUCTION OF CAPITAL
In the Supreme Court of New Zealand Canterbury District (Christchurch Registry) IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Highland Investments Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office in Christchurch, and carrying on business as an investor, notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, made on the 27th day of May 1964, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from £18,540 to £25 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, and the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 17th day of June 1964. The said minute is in the words and figures following: "The capital of Highland Investments Ltd. is henceforth £25 divided into 25 fully paid ordinary shares of £1 each, having been reduced from £18,540 divided into 18,540 shares of £1 each."
