PURSUANT to section 44 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council, dated the 22nd day of December 1954, published in Gazette, 22 December 1954, Vol. III, at page 2070, and registered as No. 2391, Wellington Land Registry; declaring land to be a motorway, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
