CORRIGENDUM

IN the notice published in the Gazette, No. 39, 25 June 1964, page 1039, Declaration that a Reserve be the Otoko Domain and Appointment of Domain Board, for “The member of the Waikato County Council representing the Wihuka Riding, ex-officio”, read “The member of the Waikohu County Council representing the Waihuka Riding ex-officio”.

CORRIGENDUM

IN the Proclamation, dated the 13th day of March 1964 and published in Gazette, 9 April 1964, No. 21, page 589, proclaiming land as road and road closed in Block XVI, Oteramika Hundred, the area of “13 perches” which appears as the first area in the First Schedule should not have been included and should be deleted from the Proclamation.

The above mentioned “13 perches” were not included in the original document.

State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

A. R. P.

0 0 35 Lot 415, D.P. 46371, and being part Allotment 2, Parish of Whangarei, excepting thereout all mines and minerals in and under the said land reserved by transfer 438857 and being part C.T. 1903/5.

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.
