to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being
areas vested in the Canterbury Education Board as sites
for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the
same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or ease-
ments affecting the same at the date hereof.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

PART Reserve 1356 situated in Block XVI, Kowai Survey
District: Area, 5 acres, more or less. All certificate of title,
Volume 156, folio 206. As shown on plan marked L. and S.

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier
Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in
the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY

ALL those areas comprising 45 acres and 16 perches, more
or less, being Section 26, Block XI: Area, 11 acres and 13
perches; Section 3, Block XII: Area, 17 acres 2 roods 32
perches; and Section 8, Block XIII: Area, 16 acres 1 rood 11
perches. Waikawa Survey District, Southland County.

As shown on plan No. 217/26 deposited in the Head
Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a borough depot
and yard, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the Borough of Wairoa as from the date herein-
after mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of February 1964.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 17·3 perches situated in the Borough of Wairoa, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and
being Orangitirohia 12c Block, Block III, Clyde Survey District;

M.O.W. 18087 (S.O. 5302) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
Borough of Milton as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
