CORRIGENDUM
IN a notice dated 27 November 1963 and published in Gazette, 5 December 1963, No. 77, page 1941, declaring Crown land or State housing land set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935, in the First Schedule thereto for the area as shown of Lot 34, D.P. 21474, Borough of Porirua, part Section 21, Takapu District, part C.T. A4/342, read “0 acres 1 rood 1·25 perches”.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of Portion of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville Railway (Portion of Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation, dated the 23rd day of February 1949, published in Gazette, 24 February 1949, Vol. I, page 619, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 3990, defining the middle line of portion of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville railway (portion of Rimutaka Tunnel deviation) in so far as it affects Lot 15, D.P. 21952, being part Section 221, Hutt District, Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume A 3, folio 1260, Wellington Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of January 1964.

Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Lot 1, D.P. S. 1419, being part Section 12, Block XI, Pakaumanu Survey District: Area, 2 acres, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 1064, folio 214.
