MINING ACT 1926
NOTICE is hereby given that Bruce Cunningham Greer and Edith Evelyn Greer, have applied to the Warden of the Otago Mining District at Cromwell, to alter the course of branch race of water race held under licence 2367, by extending the course approximately 700 yards in a southerly direction through Sections 10 and 19, Block 14, Maniototo District to intake at intersection of Pigburn Creek and surveyed extension of Greer Road. The said application will be heard at the Warden's Court, Cromwell, at 10 a.m. on Wednesday the 22nd day of July 1964.
Objections must be filed in the registrar's office and notified to applicants at least three days before the time so appointed.

NOTICE is hereby given that Bruce Cunningham Greer, Edith Evelyn Greer, William George Hall, and Thomas Alexander Hall, have applied to the Warden of the Otago Mining District at Cromwell, to alter the course of water race held under licence 1710, by shifting point of intake approximately 600 yards further up Sowburn Creek opposite Section 52, Block I, Upper Taieri District, to coincide with new intake applied for in respect of licence No. 2388, and to follow course of water race held by applicants and Taieriside Farm Lands Ltd. under said licence 2388, in accordance with alteration thereof now subject to application to the Warden. The said application will be heard at the Warden's Court, Cromwell, at 10 a.m. on Wednesday the 22nd day of July 1964.
Objections must be filed in the registrar's office and notified to applicants at least three days before the time so appointed.

The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the day preceding publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 1s. per line.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription £3 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 50s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
