Licensing Motel Frankton Ltd., of Queenstown, to Use and Occupy a Part of the Bed of Lake Wakatipu at Frankton as a Site for a Water-intake Pipeline

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Motel Frankton Ltd., of Queenstown (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the bed of Lake Wakatipu at Frankton, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11625 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a water-intake pipeline as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of June 1964.

3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be one pound (£1) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).

Licensing the Southern Scenic Air Services Ltd. to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Frankton Arm, Lake Wakatipu, as a Site for a Jetty and Pen

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Southern Scenic Air Services Ltd., of Frankton, Queenstown (hereinafter called the licensees, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the bed of Lake Wakatipu at Frankton Arm, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11547 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty and pen, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

Classification of State Highways

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955,* the Commissioner of Transport, as required by the National Roads Board, hereby revokes so much of the Warrant dated the 18th day of December 1961† as relates to the State highways described in the Schedule hereto and hereby declares that the said State highways shall belong to the class as set out in the said Schedule.
