Ngakawa Survey District, Buller County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block I, Ngakawau Survey District, Nelson R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 0 15·5 Part Section 1A, Square 143; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 22·9 Part Section 1A, Square 143; coloured orange on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 26·1 perches situated in Block I, Ngakawau Survey District, Nelson R.D., adjoining or passing through parts Section 1A, Square 143, and Section 15 and part Section 17; coloured green on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18188 (S.O. 10384) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of May 1964.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in George Robert Reid, of Waikaka Valley, farmer; and also hereby proclaim that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is taken for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and shall vest in George Robert Reid, of Waikaka Valley, farmer.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18373 (S.O. 6740) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of April 1964.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Ernest Wardlaw Stevens the younger of Balfour, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 191416, Southland Land Registry.
