SCHEDULE
PARTS of the properties of A. M. Hamilton (Lot 16, D.P. 1664) and J. D. and C. J. Naylor (Lot 17, D.P. 1664). Situated in Block XLVI, Eyre Survey District, and more particularly described as follows:
All that area containing a total of 517 acres, more or less, bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on Ellis Road being the intersection of its south-west side and a fence line, distant 3780 links south-easterly from the northernmost corner of Lot 16, D.P. 1664; thence south-westerly along the said fence, running parallel to the north-western boundary of the said Lot 16, to the southern boundary of the said Lot 16; thence south-easterly generally along the generally south-western boundaries of the said Lot 16 and Lot 17, D.P. 1664, to the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence north-easterly along the north-western side of public road forming the south-eastern boundary of the said Lot 17 to the south-western side of Ellis Road; thence north-westerly generally along the said side of Ellis Road to the point of commencement. Excluding from the above-described area a public road along the northern side of a small watercourse passing through the aforesaid lots.
Part certificate of title, Volume 191, folio 251 (Lot 16), and Volume 110, folio 114 (Lot 17).
As shown on plan numbered I.A. 46/29/404 and deposited in the Head Office Department of Internal Affairs at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes, and shall vest in the Manawatu Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of June 1964.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of April 1962, published in the Gazette of 26 April 1962, Volume I, page 663, and registered as No. 526495, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a road in Blocks II, III, VI, VII, IX, and X, Hautapu Survey District, viz, a deviation of the Utiku-Mangaweka section of the Awanui-Bluff State Highway, and hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks II, III, VI, VII, IX, and X, Hautapu Survey District, viz, a deviation of the Utiku-Mangaweka section of the Awanui-Bluff State Highway, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area bounded by broken red lines shown on the plan marked M.O.W. 18356 referred to in the Schedule hereto.
