PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange from and after the 25th day of May 1964, together with party-wall rights and right of way created by conveyance No. 136031, Otago Land Registry, and subject to party-wall rights created by conveyance No. 136031, Otago Land Registry.
