Removing Maori Wardens from Office Under the Maori Welfare Act 1962

Pursuant to section 7 of the Maori Welfare Act 1962, the Minister of Maori Affairs hereby removes from office the following Maori wardens who have left the district.

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

Christopher Verner Hampton,
Graham Edward Rabbits, and
James Bishop Wardlaw
to be the Waimana Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

to be members of the Waldronville Domain Board, Otago Land District, in place of Alexander Walter Galbraith and James Arthur Grundy, both resigned, and, further, decreases the total number of members of the Waldronville Domain Board from nine to seven, Norman Rowlands and Arie Zouten- bier both also resigned from the Board.
