ADVERTISMENT OF PETITION

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand No. 171/64 Northern District (Auckland Registry) IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of T. R. Tremain Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business as electrical dealers, debtor; ex parte the Bank of New Zealand a banking corporation duly constituted under the New Zealand Bank Act 1861 and having its Head Office at Wellington, creditor; notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-mentioned company by the Supreme Court was, on the 28th day of April 1964, presented to the said Supreme Court by the Bank of New Zealand, a banking corporation duly constituted under the New Zealand Bank Act 1861 and having its head office at Wellington; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 29th day of May 1964 at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulation charge for the same. The Lincoln Electric Co. (Australia) Pty. Ltd. hereby gives notice that it is the company's intention, on the expiry of three months from the date of publication of this notice, to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand. PAPATOETOE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
THAT, pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Papatoetoe Borough Council hereby resolves as follows: "That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £12,000 authorised to be raised by the Papatoetoe Borough Council under the above-named Act, for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Great South Road Improvement Loan 1953 which matures on the 1st day of July 1964, the said Papatoetoe Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·0843d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Papatoetoe; and that the special rate shall be an annualrecurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off." THAT, pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Papatoetoe Borough Council hereby resolves as follows: "That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £35,000 authorised to be raised by the Papatoetoe Borough Council under the above-named Act, for the purpose of providing storm-water drainage, the said Papatoetoe Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·1387d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Papatoetoe; and that the special rate shall be an annualrecurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off." THAT, pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Papatoetoe Borough Council hereby resolves as follows: "That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £6,500 authorised to be raised by the Papatoetoe Borough Council under the above-named Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Streets Improvement Loan 1953 which matures on 27 August 1964, the said Papatoetoe Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·0686d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Papatoetoe; and that the special rate shall be an annualrecurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of six years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
