Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY
PART Sections 10 and 11, Block VI, and Section 20, Block X, Tadmor Survey District, Waimea County: Area, 394 acres, more or less. As shown on plan No. 108/108 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plans 9770 and 6699).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of March 1964.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Whakatane as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of May 1964.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 29·8 perches situated in the Borough of Whakatane, being part Allotment 239, Parish of Waimana; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18326 (S.O. 41432) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
