CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated the 31st day of March 1964 and published in Gazette, No. 21, at page 613, acquiring 169 acres 3 roods of land as permanent State forest land, being Sections 5, 7, and 8, Block VIII, Waikouaiti Survey District, for “Volume 226, folio 158”, in the fifth line of the Schedule thereto, read “Volume 266, folio 158”.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing lands, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of July 1952, and published in the Gazette of that year at page 1175, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 13576, in so far as it affects those portions of Allotment 5, Section 49, Village of Onehunga, being all the land in C.T. 775/102 and the balance of the land in C.T. 775/154, Auckland Registry.
Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Onehunga.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of April 1964.
