Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying
the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall
be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for
recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule
hereto and, further, declares that the said land may be dis-
posed of by the Waitemata County Council at current market
value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the
Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied
in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves
under the control of the Council, or in or towards the
purchase of other land for recreation purposes.

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserves described
in the Schedule hereto from reserves for resting places for
travelling stock to reserves for scenic purposes, and, further,
declares the said reserves to form part of the Mokihinui
Scenic Reserve.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Waitemata County
Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands
hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto
as a reserve for off-street parking and, further, pursuant to
the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve
in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County
of Waitemata, in trust, for that purpose.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Temuka Borough Council,
Change of Purpose of Part of a Reserve to Recreation
Purposes, and Addition of the Reserve to the Temuka
Domain: and Revocation of the Reservation Over the
Balance of the Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Citizens of the Borough of Temuka, and changes the
purpose of that part of the reserve described in the First
Schedule hereto from a reserve for plantation purposes to a
reserve for recreation purposes, and declares the said reserve
to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III
of the said Act to form part of the Temuka Domain to be
administered as a public domain by the Domain Board, and,
further, revokes the reservation for gravel pit over the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto.
