A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block VI, Hawera Survey District, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
1 2 33 Part Section 177, Patea District; Lot 1, D.P. 2257, being part Section 143, Patea District; and part Lot 19, D.P. 3119, being part Section 143, Patea District.

0 0 16·1 Part Lot 1, D.P. 1980, being part Section 177, Patea District.
0 2 2·2 Part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 1980, being parts Section 177, Patea District, Block VI; and Lot 1, D.P. 3383, being part Section 147, Patea District, Block V, Hawera Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6395 (S.O. 9241) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of April 1964.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, together with the right of way appurtenant thereto over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, created by Proclamation No. 7225, Otago Land Registry, to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood situated in Block XI, Ohau River Survey District, Otago R.D., being part Section 1; edged red on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 18·9 perches situated in Block XI, Ohau River Survey District, Otago R.D., being part Section 1; coloured yellow, edged red, on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152033 (S.O. 11947) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
