ALL that piece of road containing 3 roods 36·2 perches situated in Block I, Waitapu Survey District, Nelson R.D., adjoining or passing through parts Section 61, District of Milnthorpe Suburban and Para Para Inlet; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18369 (S.O. 10346) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of April 1964.

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in the Trustees of the Poor Sisters of Nazareth, having its registered office in Sydney.

FIRST SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land in the Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in John Scott Playfair, of Gropers Bush, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 158782, Southland Land Registry; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in James Murray Alexander, of Mataura, bank manager, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 165552, Southland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of road situated in Jacobs River Hundred, Southland R.D., containing 1 rood 26·8 perches, adjoining or passing through part Section 1, Block IX, and part Section 32, Block IV; coloured green on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18320 (S.O. 6942) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Albert Edwin Genge and Harold Benjamin Genge, both of Kamahi, Edendale, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Herbert George Genge, of Edendale, contractor; and I also hereby resume the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and declare that it shall vest in Herbert George Genge, of Edendale, contractor.
