S. 3287, and along the generally south-western boundary of Allotment 225, Pukekura Parish, shown on S.O. 334, to the easternmost corner of Allotment 308, Punju Parish, shown on S.O. 325, in Block III, Punju Survey District; thence south-easterly generally along a right line crossing the intervening Te Awamutu - Cambridge Road, Puahue-Rotorangi Road, and the Mangapiko Stream, to and along the south-western boundary of Section 1s, Puahue Settlement, to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 7, Block I, Maungatautari Survey District; thence along a right line to and along the south-western boundaries of Section 7 and 8, Block I, aforesaid, and Sections 31 and 32, Block V, Maungatautari Survey District, and along the generally southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 4675, along the southern and eastern boundaries of part Puahue 2 No. 5c, along the southern boundary of Section 22, Block V, aforesaid, to and along the north-western and south-western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 33188, and the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of part Lot 4, D.P. 12622, along a right line across a public road, to and along the southern and south-eastern boundaries of Maungatautari 3A 5A 1 and the south-eastern boundary of Maungatautari 3A 5A 8 to its intersection with a right line between the easternmost corner of Section 11, Block II, Maungatautari Survey District, and Trig. Station 1427 (Maungatautari) in Block VII, Maungatautari Survey District; thence south-easterly along that right line and along another right line in the direction of Trig. Station 807 (Urara) in Block VII, Ngautuku Survey District, to and along the left bank of the Waikato River and Arapuni Lake to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 8, Block III, Wharepapa Survey District; thence westerly generally along a right line crossing Section 23, Block IV, Wharepapa Survey District, and Mangare Road, to and along that north-western boundary and the north-western boundary of Section 7 of the aforesaid Block III, along a right line across Karaka Road, to and along the north-western boundaries of part Wharepuhunga 16B 3B 3D 2 and 16B 2 and along the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 15, 14, and 13, Block II, Wharepapa Survey District, to and down the middle of the Kaiwhio Stream and the middle of the Owairaka Stream to a point in line with the western boundary of part Lot 3, D.P. 7301, in Block XIV, Maungatautari Survey District; thence south-westerly generally along a right line, to and along that western boundary, along a right line across Aotearoa Road, to and along the north-western boundary of part Lot 5, D.P. 7302, crossing the intervening Aotearoa Deviation Road and that boundary produced to and down the middle of the Punju River to a point in line with the northern boundary of Wharepuhunga 11B in Block XIII, Maungatautari Survey District; thence along a right line, to and along the northern and north-western boundaries of the said 11B, the north-western boundary of Section 2, Block XIII, aforesaid, along a right line across Adams Road, along the north-western boundaries of Lots 5 and 6, D.P. 15910, to and south-easterly along the south-western boundaries of Wharepuhunga 12A 2B shown on M.L. 8370, to and south-westerly generally along the north-western boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 19412, along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Korakonui 3, and along a right line across Wharepuhunga Road and Mangatutu Stream, to and along the north-western boundaries of part Rangitoto A 3B 2, Section 18, Block IV, Mangaorongo Survey District, and Lots 2 and 3, D.P. S. 4178, to and north-westerly along the north-eastern side of Cottle Road, the north-eastern boundaries of part Rangitoto A 52F, Lot 1, D.P. 23821, Lot 1, D.P. 31317, and part Lot 2, D.P. 24119, crossing the intervening Happy Valley Road, to and along the south-eastern and northern boundaries of Section 2, Block III, Mangaorongo Survey District, to and northerly along the eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 25759, and part Rangitoto A 1 shown on D.P. 12831, and south-westerly along the north-western boundary of the said part Rangitoto A 1 shown on D.P. 12831, along a right line across Ngahape Road, along the north-western boundaries of another part Rangitoto A 1 shown on D.P. 10021 and Rangitoto (A 1A and A 1B 2) Section 3B, to and northerly along the eastern boundaries of part Rangitoto A 1B 2 and Rangitoto (A 1A and A 1B 2) Section 7, and westerly generally along the generally northern and western boundaries of the said Rangitoto (A 1A and A 1B 2) Section 7, to and along the north-western boundaries of Rangitoto (A 1A and A 1B 2) Section 8B, (A 1A and A 1B 2) Section 9, along a right line across a public road, to and along the north-western boundary of Rangitoto C Block and that boundary produced to the middle of the Mangaorongo Stream in Block II, Mangaorongo Survey District; thence down the middle of that stream and up the middle of the Waipa River to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Otorohanga Q 2D in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District; thence westerly generally along a right line crossing Otorohanga Q 2C, to and along that north-eastern boundary and the north-eastern boundary of Otorohanga Q 2E, crossing the intervening Pirongia Road, to and along the eastern and northern boundaries of Otorohanga Q 3A shown on M.L. 8822 to the south-western corner
Pursuant to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby alter the boundaries of the Te Awamutu and Waitomo Electric Power Districts by excluding the two areas described in the First Schedule hereto from the Waitomo Electric Power District and by including those areas in the Te Awamutu Electric Power District; and, further, I hereby declare that the boundaries of the Te Awamutu and Waitomo Electric Power Districts shall be those described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto respectively.
FIRST SCHEDULE
All that area in the South Auckland Land District in Otorohanga County bounded by a line commencing in the middle of the Waiharakeke Stream, being a point in line with the northern boundary of part Hauturu West 2B 4C South 2 in Block II, Kawhia South Survey District, and proceeding southerly generally up the middle of the aforementioned stream to a point in line with the north-western end of a public road; thence along a right line to and along that north-western end, the north-western boundary of a roadway containing 2 roods 5 perches, the north-western and generally south-western boundaries of part Taumatatotara 1E crossing the intervening Ounu Road and Waiharakeke Stream, to and along the south-western boundaries of Taumatatotara 1G and A 2 and Section 6, Block VII, Kawhia South Survey District, to and south-westerly generally along the north-western boundary of Lot 8A, D.P. 7463, along a right line across the Ounu Road, to and along the northwestern and south-western boundaries of Lot 7, D.P. 7463, to and along the northern boundary of Lot 1 of Section 3, Block VI, aforesaid, to and northerly generally along the eastern boundaries of Sections 13 and 14, Block VI, aforesaid, and part Section 7, Block II, aforesaid, to and along the generally north-western and northern boundaries of part Hauturu West 2B 4C South 2 and that boundary produced to the point of commencement. As the said area is shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 562, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
All that area in the South Auckland Land District in Waitomo County bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Section 4A, Block VII, Kawhia South Survey District, and proceeding easterly generally along the southern boundaries of Section 1, Block III, and Section 5, Block IV, Kawhia South Survey District, crossing the intervening Mahoe-Awaroa Road to the north-western corner of Lot 2, D.P. 12587; thence southerly generally along the north-western and south-western boundaries of the said Lot 2 and along the western boundary of Section 5B, Block VIII, Kawhia South Survey District, and that boundary produced across Mahoe Road, to and along its south-eastern side, to and along the south-western boundary of Section 8 of the said Block VIII, and along the western boundary of Section 6, Block XII, Kawhia South Survey District, to and down the middle of the Marokopa River, to and northwesterly along the north-eastern boundary of part Lot 5B, D.P. 7464, to and along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of part Lot 2, D.P. 7844 (Scenic Reserve, Gazette 1914, page 4319), along the north-eastern boundary of part Lot 5B, D.P. 7464, along a right line across a public road and along the generally north-eastern and eastern boundaries of Lot 11, D.P. 7462, and the eastern boundaries of Lots 7 and 5A, D.P. 7462, crossing an intervening public road to the point of commencement. As the said area is shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 594 deposited as aforesaid, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Te AWAMUTU ELECTRIC POWER DISTRICT
All that area in the South Auckland Land District in Raglan, Otorohanga, Waipa, and Waitomo Counties, and Te Awamutu Borough and Kihikihi and Ohaupo Town Districts commencing at the confluence of the Waikato River with Mystery Stream in Block VII, Hamilton Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly generally up the middle of the Waikato River to a point in line with the north-western side of a public road forming the north-western boundary of Allotment 1, Pukekura Parish; thence south-westerly generally along a right line, to and along that north-western roadside and the generally north-western side of a public road forming the north-western boundaries of Allotments 50, 51, 52, 53, and 54, Pukekura Parish, Lots 66, 67, 68, and 69, D.P. 7125, Lot 1, D.P. 10092, to a point in line with the southern boundary of the said Lot 1, D.P. 10092, in Block XI, Hamilton Survey District; thence along a right line across that public road to and along the said southern boundary and along the western boundaries of Lots 2 and 1,
