State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Otumoetai to the Purposes of a Street

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a street and that the said street shall be under the control of the Tauranga City Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

Situated in Block VI, Tauranga Survey District, City of Tauranga (S.O. 42162).
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 19260 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of April 1964.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Invercargill City Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
